So you want to get around the breadth requirement, but all the breadth subjects look pretty bad/uninteresting.
First of all, the BCom has a quantitative requirement and a breadth requirement. Instead of doing the usual QM1 + QM2/Intro Econometrics route, you can meet the quantitative requirement and partly the breadth requirement by doing taking these subjects:
620-157 Mathematics 1
620-158 Mathematics 2
620-201 Probability
620-201 Statistics
These four subjects all count as breadth AND they meet the BCom's quantitative requirement. The only draw back is that you needed to have done spesh. If you didn't then you need to do some special exam i believe.
Furthermore all the Business Law subjects count as breadth. Most of the business law subjects (except for 732-302 Banking And Finance Law) are in fact required for CPA/CA (accounting) accreditation.
Additionally all math subjects (like the ones above that satisfy the BCom quantitative requiremen) from the science faculty count as breadth too, and a few of them have quite useful Commerce applications:

620-157 Mathematics 1
620-158 Mathematics 2
620-201 Probability
620-201 Statistics
620-301 Stochastic Modelling
620-302 Chance and Options Pricing
732-103 Principles of Business Law
732-202 Corporate Law
732-303 Taxation Law
And if you are in High School and considering doing a BCom - do SPESH!
