Which is better for writing notes?

i've always used these. plus i'm really weird in that i always write in pencil (except when forced not to, in certain exams). i hate not being able to rub out my mistakes...

I like doing that too, but pencils feel significantly slower than pens so I only use them now for maths and chinese

id say notebooks but keep some spare looseleaf and graph paper with you in case you need it. i had those tear line books last year and ended up wasting most of them to people who asked for looseleaf scabs

lol i dont think i can bear the thought of ripping pages out of my book >.< i would think i want one side of the page but not the other or sth like that would happen to me VERY often =.= n personally i think pencil is faster than pen for me lol.

really? i don't find any difference in time... but i always use pacers/clutch pencils, so they're not that different to pens in feel.

I always use pens. I write incredibly hard and I will break any pacer in the world. Pencils are just a pain in the ass to sharpen all the time.

That's my problem too =o
Like, some of my friends were fascinated by the fact that on each page of my note books you can feel dints in it from my writing.
I used pencil for chinese because every other character I'd make a mistake, and for drawing graphs, but apart from that pens all the way

Anyway, I've always been a fan of those cheapy 128p notebook things. The ones with swirly spines, after a month they get all deformed under my care =)

i also dislike pencils for whatever reason (not dark enough?? rub off onto your hand and make you look metallic?? LOL)

I'm thinking about getting a laptop soon for uni. My cousin says he finds it a lot easier to take down notes and go over.

Does anybody take notes in Uni Lectures straight onto a laptop? Like, in the lecture hall?

hm one of my teachers thinks its better 2 write down notes coz u need 2 'train up ya hand muscles' so that you can write faster and for longer for when it comes to exams

Oh, another thing - loose leaf costs more per page
