Luck can play a part, but the whole point of effective studying is that you don't let it. If the 2007 methods exam was as easy as the 2006 one, I would have been able to get a raw score in the mid-high 30s as opposed to the low 30s. I didn't have much luck on the exam, but it's still my fault that I underperformed by my own standards though.
Lol, and I think the opposite was true for economics. I think I would have gotten a higher study score if the exam was a bit harder. But again, if that was true then I shouldn't have lost as many marks as what I obviously did.
