Awesome program except im having trouble adding my specific subjects to it.
After i clear the cells using the tabs down the bottom and entering my subjects in the setup page, what is the next step ? I think i have to assign grade distributions for each subject but not entirely sure.
Thanks in advance

Once the cells are cleared you can, if you want to put the grade distributions in. They are not completely necessary they are just their to see what grade you would of gotten for that year (based off VCAA exams, difficulty of exams over different companies varies). If you want the grade distributions they can be found here.

Next to do is to start filling in the practice exams as you do them. Only enter data in the (  ) marks and (  ) total columns, everything else should work itself.

I probably should be more clear, you can enter the names and year of the exams in the left columns aswell. In the image below the columns that have a red border are the ones you can enter in. You can change the grade distributions too if you want.

Ok xtremeownage, here is the customised version for you, for further, IT Apps, pysch and Geography. It isn't completely fixed up but it will do the trick. I haven't had time to change all the names of the button that jump to the other pages so just use the tabs at the bottom of the sheet. You can still change the names of the buttons by right clicking on them. I filled in some of the grade distributions but haven't had time to fill them all in, so again if you want them, click the link provided in the file and fill them in. Sorry that I couldn't completely fix it all up but I have to start work for tonight, it was taking too long to fix the entire thing up.

NOTE: I will no longer be offering to create custom spreadsheets as it takes too much time to fix up everything. Hopefully the built in customisation can do the job for you guys.

Any chance you could add a sheet for english? I think most people would find that useful :)

Sorry about that, I kinda omitted english because well, lets just say I 'dislike' english. For the alternative if you want to add english in, in place of something else then you could replace one of the methods or spesh exam 1's if you want just to put in the overall score. Or if you want to seperate it into the 3 sections then replacing one of the physics (probably unit 3 since it has already passed) slots and putting it all in there. Just make sure you change the text on the setup page, it will do most of the work for you in switching things around.

After this year is done and I've had a bit of a break I am thinking of another update to this, with a couple of knew features thrown in, but It is all just ideas at this stage. I would lof liked to added them for you guys before we actually do the exams but I'm sorry, I just don't have the time right now. Any suggestions besides additional slots?

b^3, this thing is so freakin cool! It's so much fun to do an exam then put the numbers in! and I've colour coded the collumns that I put the exams in, the first 5 or so are blue to signifiy that I'm just getting into the groove, then the next 5-6 are green which is where I want to be getting A+s by, then the next ones after that are gold to signify the point at which I would like to reach my target score.

AND i've started to notice wierd trends, like in every one of my subects that I've done 5 or more exams for, the 4th exam is done badly (In english, Economics and International studies they all got worse in the 4th exam, then got better again on the 5th)

GO B^3!! WOOOH!

Good to know that you are having fun with it and analysing your exam trends as much as I have been. Keep it the good work :).
