If this is a 6 mark question is it possible to get full marks with just 1 example, evaluating the success of a resolution by an IGG? Or do I analyse multiple examples.

I think they want you to analyse one IGG, but give examples of where it has succeeded and failed. Generally I think you would get 2-3 marks for just evaluating one example, 1 mark for identifying it, 1 mark for explaining why it fits in with your position. So you'd need at least 3 examples I would say, 2 supporting your position, and 1 example acknowledging the opposite.
